সঠিক রূপ: The land belongs to an old lady। একই রকম verb, যেগুলোর passive হয় না: happen, seem, arrive, die, exist। বাংলায় জমিটি একজন বৃদ্ধার অধিকারভুক্ত বলি বলে is belonged লেখার ঝোঁক হয়।
